摘要
由于双相不锈钢具有优异的耐蚀性能,常规金相浸蚀剂无法达到预期的浸蚀效果,因此必须选用合适的浸蚀剂,在特定的浸蚀工艺下,对样品进行试验才能获得清晰的金相显微组织,为质量检验提供基础。文中研究了金相浸蚀剂对双相不锈钢微观组织的显示效果,并探讨了浸蚀的电化学反应过程。实验结果表明,双相不锈钢在浸蚀过程中,两相组织以不同速度溶解从而显示出金相组织;具有强氧化剂的碱性浸蚀剂的显示效果优于酸性浸蚀剂的显示效果。
Conventional metallurgical etchant can not achieve the desired results because of duplex stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance. It is necessary to choose suitable etchant and be in particular etching process. The clear microstructure is obtained,which would provide a basis for quality inspection. This paper studies on the display performance of the different etchant for duplex stainless steel,and discusses the process of erosion of the electrochemical reaction. The results showed that,in the process of etching for duplex stainless steel,the display of microstructure for two phases is owing to the different dissolution rate between austenite and ferrite phases. Alkali with strong oxidant etching agent display performance is better than that of acid etching agent.
