高职高专实验实训室管理的问题与对策探讨

Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures of Laboratory Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职高专实验实训室建设水平和运行效率在某种程度上是其教育教学水平的体现,而高效的、科学的管理是实验实训室建设的保障基础。文中剖析了目前高职高专实验实训室的管理体制、设备购置、教学内容、队伍建设以及产学合作的程度等方面存在的问题,并探讨高职高专实验实训室管理的对策。

Higher vocational college laboratory construction level and efficiency to some extent reflects the level of education and teaching,efficient and scientific management is the guarantee and base of laboratory construction. This paper analyzes the problems in the laboratory management of higher vocational colleges,the problems which include management system,equipment purchase,teaching content,the construction of teaching resource,and the degree of industry-university cooperation,and also we have discussed some countermeasures of the laboratory management in higher vocational colleges.
