摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提高小儿静脉穿刺成功率中的效果。方法在品管圈活动前先对科内静脉穿刺情况进行调查分析,从原因中找出整改措施,按品管圈程序开展实施并确认效果。结果开展品管圈活动后静脉穿刺成功率明显高于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用品管圈能较好地提高小儿静脉穿刺成功率。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circles（QCC） in improving children venipuncture. Methods To investigate and analyze venipuncture case and to identify corrective measures,then to carry out the implementation and validation. Results The success rate of venipuncmre was significantly higher than the former.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion QCC can improve the success rate of children venipuncture.
