均衡发展视角下公共体育服务中场馆供需问题探究

Supply and Demand of Venues in Public Sports Services from Perspective of Balanced Development

政府为公民提供公共体育服务是政府的应有之责,近年来随着公民健身热的掀起,对体育场馆需求陡然增加,于是出现供需非均衡问题。为此,从均衡发展的视角,以沈阳市为例,阐述了体育场馆在城市公共体育服务中的基础性作用,呈现了沈阳市体育场馆的现有存量,剖析了体育场馆有效供给与现实需求之间的互动影响,揭示了体育场馆有效供给与现实需求之间存在的非均衡问题,从而提出了体育场馆供需的优化路径。

The government is responsible for providing public sports services for citizens. In recent years, the national fitness campaign is extremely popular and the demand for sports venues is on the rise. As a result, the problem of unbalanced supply anti demand arises. From the perspective of balanced development, the paper takes Shenyang as an example and tries to illustrate the fundamental roles that sports venues play in public sports services. Then it makes a survey of the number of sports venues in Shenyang at present and analyzes the interactive influence relationship between effective supply and current demand. Finally, it discusses the unbalanced development and puts forward optimal routes to the supply and demand of sports venues.
