不同训练方案对不同骨骼肌糖代谢方式的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究不同训练方案训练后静息状态时快、慢肌纤维的有氧、无氧代谢酶活性及肌糖原储量的特异性、适应性变化,为运动训练实践提供一定的理论依据。对象与方法:将86只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为安静组(S)、耐力组(E)、间歇组(I)、先耐力后间歇组(EI)及先间歇后耐力组(IE),于第4、6、8周训练结束48 h后取大鼠右侧比目鱼肌和腓肠肌;测定比目鱼肌SDH活性,腓肠肌LDH活性、肌糖原含量;SPSS统计软件对试验结果进行统计学分析。结果:EI8的SDH活性显著高于S8组和EI4组,I8显著低于S8组;LDH活性与同周S组相比较,I6、IE6显著升高(P<0.05),EI8、I8、IE8非常显著升高(P<0.01);I8、EI8的肌糖原含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:间歇训练抑制慢肌有氧能力;先耐力后间歇训练更利于提高慢肌有氧能力;间歇训练可迅速提高快肌LDH活性;先间歇后耐力训练显著提高无氧能力;先耐力后间歇训练同时提高有氧和无氧能力;耐力训练或有耐力基础的间歇训练比纯间歇训练提高快肌糖原储备的效果更明显。 objective: To study fast muscle fibers' anaerobic metabolism enzyme activity, glycogen content and slow muscle fibers' aerobic metabolism enzyme activity, and theirs specific, adaptive changes in the resting state, after the different training plan training. To provide certain theoretical basis for sports training practice. Objects and methods: 86 male SD rats of SPF level were randomly divided into control group (S), endurance (E), intermittent group (I), intermittent after endurance group (EI) and intermittent after endurance (IE). In 4,6,8 week after training over 48 hours ,to extract the right side rats soleus and gastrocnemius;to measure soleus' SDH activity, gastrocnemius' LDH activity and glycogen content; SPSS statistics software to the test results for statistical analysis. Results: the activity of SDH EI8 was significantly higher than that of the S8 and EI4 groups, I8 group were significantly below the S8 group;LDH activity compared with the same week group S, I6, ( P 〈 0.05 ), the marked increase in IE6 EI8,18, IE8 were very significantly higher ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; 18, EI8 muscle glycogen content were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions: The intermittent training inhibits slow muscle' s aerobic capacity;The interval training following endurance training can improve slow muscle' s aerobic capacity more significantly. ; Interval training can rapidly improve LDH activity of fast muscle; The endurance training following interval training significantly improved anaerobic ability;The interval training following endurance training can improve both aerobic and anaerobic ability;Either endurance training or interval training with endurance foundation can improve the muscle glycogen more obvious than pure interval training.
