通过采取加强电石库管理、改进发生器加料方式、增加乙炔回收装置、严格控制原料气配比、回收聚合工序废水及废气中的氯乙烯等措施,使PVC生产的电石单耗从1.42 t降至1.36 t,有效降低了生产成本。
By taking such measures as strengthening the management of calcium carbide storage, improving charging mode of acetylene generator, adding acetylene recovery device, tightly controlling raw material ratio, and recovering vinyl chloride from wastewater and waste gas in polymerization process, the unit consumption of calcium carbide in PVC production reduced from 1.42 t to 1.36 t, and the production cost reduced effectively.
