摘要
概述了干法乙炔生产工艺。介绍了干法乙炔生产装置中4种重要设备(发生器、锤式破碎机、斗提机及管状带式输送机)的工作原理及结构特点,分析了其在运行过程中出现的问题,并进行了相应改造,效果良好。
The dry process for acetylene production was described. The principles and structure of 4 kinds of equipment , i.e. generator, hammer crusher, bucket elevator, and closed belt conveyor, were introduced, and problems occurring during their running were analyzed. Improvements were made accordingly, and good results were achieved.
