摘要
随钻测井作为测井技术主要发展方向,其在钻井过程中的作用日益凸显。但随着测井参数的增多,测井资料的丰富,随钻测井技术的信号传输速率不高已经成为限制其进一步发展的瓶颈。文章介绍了当前随钻测井系统主要的信号传输方式,并对不同的信号传输方式的优缺点以及在国内外的应用现状进行了论述;对随钻测井系统信号传输方式设计及应用面临的主要问题进行了总结;对随钻测井系统信号传输方式未来的技术攻方向与发展方向进行了展望。目前可行的信号传输方式主要是无线信号传输方式,包括泥浆脉冲信号传输方式、电磁波信号脉冲传输方式与声波信号传输方式。有线信号传输方式作为随钻测井系统信号传输未来研究的一方面,主要需要解决有线信号传输在钻杆短节间的传输问题与井下电力供应问题。
As the direction of logging technology development in the future,logging while drilling(LWD) technology plays a more important role in the process of drilling.But with the increase of logging parameters and logging information,the low transmission rate of LWD technology has limited its further development.Principles,development directions,confronting problems,implementations and application status of LWD signal transmission modes,as well as their advantages and disadvantages in their performance are summarized in the article.The wireless signal transmission mode is the main feasible mode in LWD system,including mud- pulse transmission,electromagnetic transmission and acoustic transmission.As a research direction in LWD in the future,wired signal transmission need to figure out the appropriate signal transmission between drill pipes and the power supply in the down hole.
