摘要
文章基于对现有辐射加热开采油页岩方法的分析,设计了一种新型原位开页采油页岩的三维井网装置。装置整体由反应釜体和转动倾斜机构组成,反应釜体置于转动倾斜机构之上。反应釜体由外及内依次包括箱壁、保温层、强微波吸收介质层和模拟井网以及温度压力测点等构成。充分考虑重力作用下的地层倾角情况,模拟了真实地层,而且可以灵活地调整模拟井位置和个数组成不同井网布局。由此模型所得实验数据更具准确性和科学性。
Based on the analysis of existing radiant heating oil shale mining methods,We have designed a novel in- situ shale oil wells three- dimensional network device.The whole device consists of reactor body and turn- tilt mechanism,and the reactor body is above the turn- tilt mechanism.The reactor body is constituted by tank wall,insulation,strong microwave absorption dielectric layer,well network simulation,temperature and pressure measuring points from the outside to inside.Taking the dip under the gravity into full consideration,the device can imitate the real layer,and can adjust the location and the number of the simulation wells flexibly to make up different well network layout.Experimental data got from the model is more accurate and more scientific.
