摘要
爆炸飞片(EFI)雷管的应用,对于提高射孔安全性有重要意义。基于EFI雷管的工作原理与特点,结合射孔完井作业技术要求,研究了EFI雷管关键部件的材料选取与结构设计。将成品应用于高温高压射孔实验及非常规分段多簇射孔完井作业,结果表明,应用EFI雷管后的射孔起爆成功率达到100%,验证了EFI雷管的实用性。
The application of EFI detonator plays an important role in raising perforating safety.Based on the operational principle and characteristics of EFI detonator,and combined with perforation completion requirements,the paper studies the structural design and the material type of key components.The EFI detonator has been applied to unconventional segmented multi cluster perforation completion and high temperature high pressure perforation test.The results showed that perforating initiating success rate reached 100%,and the practicability was verified.
