摘要
论述平衡记分卡在行政事业单位财会队伍考核中的可行性,从平衡记分卡的财务、顾客、内部流程、学习与成长这四个维度对行政事业单位财会队伍考核进行指标设计,以促进行政事业财会队伍建设,提高行政事业财务管理水平。
This paper discusses the feasibility of the application of Balance Score Card in accounting contingent constructing of the administrative institutions, and then from financial dimensions, customer dimensions, internal business processes dimensions, and the learning and growth dimensions to analyze the framework of accounting contingent constructing by Balance Score Card.By doing this, it expects to provide some suggestions for promoting the constructing and management of accounting contingent construc-ting of university and improving the level of accounting management of the administrative institutions.
