摘要
通过对铁路非运输企业职工年龄结构、文化构成、自我需求等方面进行研究和分析,指出铁路非运输企业存在职工年龄结构老化、青工培养不足等问题,提出铁路非运输企业加强人才引进、青工培养、考核激励等具体措施,对铁路非运输企业加强人才队伍建设、加快转型发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
