根据数控车床加工过程中车刀损伤的表现形式,分析了造成车刀损伤的各种因素。同时,结合几种典型的刀具磨损形态,探讨了造成刀具磨损的主要原因,并阐述了数控车削中硬质合金刀具损伤的原因及预防对策。
According manifestation CNC lathe turning process damage, analyzed various factors causing damage tools. Meanwhile, the combination of several typical tool wear patterns, explores the main cause of tool wear and elaborated CNC turning carbide injury causes and preventive measures.
