小细胞肺癌患者胸水、血清中NSE、pro-GRP定量分析与免疫组化分析的诊断一致性评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价小细胞肺癌(SCLC)患者胸水、血清中NSE、pro-GRP定量分析与免疫组化分析的诊断一致性。方法采用免疫组化方法对病理标本的NSE、pro-GRP表达进行分析,用化学发光法对血清和胸水NSE、pro-GRP表达水平做定量分析。结果小细胞肺癌患者血清和胸水NSE、pro-GRP表达水平明显高于非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者。NSE、pro-GRP免疫组化分析与血清和胸水NSE、pro-GRP定量分析诊断阳性率无统计学差异。结论小细胞肺癌患者手术前缺乏病理组织材料时,可定量分析血清和胸水NSE、pro-GRP表达水平获得与免疫组化分析一致的诊断效果。 Objective To evaluate diagnostic identity between quantitative detection of pleural effusion and serum NSE, pro-GRP and immunohistochemical analysis in patients with SCLC. Methods The NSE and pro-GRP expressions in histopathological samples were analyzed by immunohistochemical technique and their expression levels in the pleural effusion and serum were quantitative detected by chemiluminoimmunoassay. Results It was found that NSE and pro-GRP expression levels in the pleural effusion and serum in patients with SCLC were significantly higher than those of patients with NSCLC. There was no statistical difference for the positive diagnostic rate between the immunohistochemical analysis and the quantitative detection of pleural effusion and serum NSE and pro-GRP. Conclusion The quantitative detection of pleural effusion and serum NSE and pro- GRP could achieve identity diagnosis results as immunohistochemical analysis in patients with SCLC.
