摘要
目的探讨巴曲霉对突发性耳聋患者出血凝血机制的影响。方法对60例确诊为突发性耳聋患者除应用其他扩张血管、营养神经、抗病毒药物基础上,应用巴曲霉治疗。治疗前和治疗过程中对凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(II)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)进行监测。同时以4D例健康体检者为对照组进行比较。结果突发性耳聋组与健康对照组比较PT、TT、APTT、D-Dimer变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);FIB升高,变化明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。突发性耳聋组在巴曲霉治疗过程中和治疗前比较PT、TT、APTT、D-Dimer水平均升高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,FIB水平减低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。在治疗后第五天与第三天比较无明显差异。结论巴曲霉具有良好的抗血栓作用,在治疗突发性耳聋中是一种较为理想的药物,在临床的合理用药方面有一定的指导意义。
Objective To explore the effect of batroxobin on mechanism of bleeding and clotting in patients with sudden deafness. Methods 60 patients with diagnosis of sudden deafness were treated with batroxobin in addition to other applications of dilate blood vessels, nerve nutrition and antiviral drugs. The levels of PT, TI', AFIT, FIB, and D-Dimer in patients before and during treatment and 40 cases of healthy controls were detected. Results There were no statistically difference on the levels of PT, TT, APTF and D-Dimer between patients and healthy controls ( P 〉 0.05 ), but the FIB level in patients with sudden deafness was increased compared with controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). The levels of PT, TF, APTF and D- Dimer in sudden deafness patients during batroxobin were' increased compared with before the treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the FIB levels were decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Batroxobin has good antithrombotic effect and might be an ideal drug in the treatment of sudden deafness.
