慢性肾衰患者血清TNF-α、SIL-2R、IL-1β测定及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者病变持续进程中,往往伴随着进行性肌营养不良和炎症反应,而炎症反应是血液透析和腹膜透析患者致死的一个极危险因子。尽管炎症反应是有多种因素引起的,但具有分解代谢与促炎作用的细胞因子,如TNF-α 、SIL-2R和IL-1β起着重要的作用。研究表明,CRF患者体内可出现多种细胞因子水平增高,导致机体代谢及免疫功能紊乱。
