平原地区河道整治工程土壤、底泥环境影响评价研究——以浙江嘉兴市平湖塘延伸拓浚工程为例 被引量:1

摘要 根据平原地区实际情况,结合环评工作实例,对河道整治工程中土壤、底泥环境现状监测要求和方法、环境影响及处置措施要求等方面进行研究。研究提出平原地区河道整治工程环境影响评价需调查工程范围内土壤、底泥现状,明确超《土壤环境质量标准》(GB 15618—1995)中三级标准的范围,根据土壤、底泥具体超标情况提出复耕或安全填埋等处置措施要求。 According to the actual situation of plain areas and practical cases of assessment of envi-ronmental impact,this paper probed into the environment monitoring requirements and methods of soil and sediment in river training engineering,their impact and the countermeasures to handle them.It is proposed that we should make clear in the monitoring process the status quo of soil and sediment,define the ranges that violate the three-grade standards stipulated in the Environ-mentalQuality Standard for Soils (GB 15618—1995),and put forward corresponding measures to handle them,including changing them into arable land or burying them in a safe way.
