摘要
通过建立物料动态平衡模型,分析床存量对锅炉启动床料粒度分布动态变化的影响。分析程序计算结果表明:在保持良好流态的前提下,静止料层厚度越薄,床存量越少,床料筛选所用的时间越短,锅炉启动越快;分离器性能对不同初始床存量下的床料动态平衡的影响比较复杂,需要综合考虑。
A dynamic mass balance model is set up to analyze the influence of bed inventory on dynamic balance of the bed material size distribution in CFB boiler’s start-up process. The results show that bed material selection time decreases with the less of bed inventory,and CFB boiler start process is better. Critical size affects mass size distribution intricately in different inventory conditions, which is needed to be considered carefully. These results provide theory basis for CFB boiler’s quick start-up and dynamic running.
