摘要 MEPC.232(65)决议《2013恶劣海况下维持操纵性的最小推进功率临时导则》从两个不同等级对船舶装机功率进行评估,以确保船舶的装机功率能维持船舶在恶劣海况下的操纵性。文章以载重量118 000 t的散货船为例,对该导则进行了阐述和分析。 From two different assessment levels, evaluation has been carried out in order to assure the suffcient installed propulsion power to maintain the maneuverability of ships in adverse conditions, as speciifed in“2013 Interim guidelines for determining the minimum propulsion power to maintain the maneuverability of ships in adverse conditions (Resolution MEPC.232 (65))”. Taking a 118 000 DWT bulk cargo vessel, the interim guidelines have been expounded and analyzed in this paper.
