摘要
MLC2006公约对所有商船海员上船工作的最低要求、就业条件、起居舱室、娱乐设施、医疗福利以及社会保障等方面制定了统一标准。梳理了MLC2006公约本身及其志愿性舒适度入级符号对舱室、公共生活区照度的要求,在实船上借助照度分析软件进行照度预报,并与实测值进行比较,为将来的设计提供参考,并详述实船照度验证,总结测量注意事项,为业内人士提供帮助。
MLC 2006 rules sets up the unified standards for the crew on merchant ships, such as minimum requirement for operation on board, operation conditions, living cabin, entertainment facilities, medical welfare and social security, etc. This paper summarizes the illumination requirements of cabin and public space in MLC 2006 and the voluntary comfort level notation. It carries out the prediction of the illumination on full-scale ships by using illumination analysis software, and comparison with practical measured values, which can provide references for the further design. Finally, it describes the full-scale illumination veriifcation and summarizes the measurement notices for the industrial insiders.
