近几年,随着计算机技术发展突飞猛进,以及海事部门对海事监管要求和办公自动化的需求越来越高,海事信息化建设进入了一个快速发展时期。本文就如何改变基建工程式的信息化项目预算管理方式、海事信息化的中期规划及系统的回溯机制、海事信息化数据梳理等基础建设等关键问题进行深入探讨,为推进海事信息化健康发展提供思路。

In recent years, along with the development of computer technology by leaps and bounds and maritime administration＇ s increasing demands for maritime regulation and office automation, maritime informatization has entered into a rapid development period.
