摘要
随着我国老龄化程度的进一步加大,老年人群体也日渐备受关注。本文根据我国最新修订的《老年人权益保障法》,结合老年人监护制度机制中存在的问题,提出了改进意见与建议,旨在改善老年人生活状况。
As the aging of population increasingly deepens in China, problems concerning the aged have been highlighted among citizens from a11walks of life nationwide. Proposals and suggestions are carried out according to the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly newly updated in combination with the current problems exist in supervision mechanisms concerning the elderly guardianship, in order to improve living conditions of the seniors.
