摘要
作为文化强国的现实贯彻,文化强市是文化资源富积城市科学发展的必然态势与现实选择。文化强市的实践依据在于市域历史文化现况及其发展趋势,在于文化资源的特色化整合与提升。而整合提升的现实取向应是市域中心区的特色凸显,应是市域文化发展平台的高筑,应是市域中心区文化品牌的时代树立。
As the reality of cultural strong countries to carry out, cultural city is the inevitable trend of scientif- ic development of rich cultural resources cities and realistic choice. The practice of the cultural city is on the basis of historical and cultural status and its developing trend, and lies in the integration and promotion of characteristic cultural resources. And the reality orientation of integration and promotion should be the urban central area with its evident characteristics, should be the building of a regional cultural development platform, and should be the cul- tural brand building in the regional center.
