我国实施创新转型的产业类型选择——基于产业关联度的分析

Selection of Industry Types for Innovation Transformation of China——In View of Industrial Linkage in Chinese Manufacturing

运用近期的投入产出经验数据,测算了我国工业领域22个产业的产业关联度经验值,并基于产业关联度进行了产业分类和创新转型优选产业的选择。研究显示,化学工业、金属冶炼及压延加工业、电力热力的生产和供应业、通信设备计算机及其他电子设备制造业和通用专用设备制造业的产业关联度明显较高,适合于作为创新转型的优选产业;石油加工炼焦及核燃料加工业、交通运输设备制造业和电气机械及器材制造业的产业关联度相对亦较高,亦可以作为创新转型的备选产业。当前应当着重促进优势产业的自主创新进程,通过优势产业的创新转型来辐射带动其他产业的创新转型。

The empirical values industrial linkage of 22 manufacturing sectors of China were calculated empirically using its input-output data in recent years, by which the sectors were classified into several types and some of them were selected as the leading indus-tries in the national innovation transformation. The results showed that the industrial linkage was significantly higher than others in‘chemical industry’ ,‘manufacture and processing of metals’ ,‘production and supply of electric power and heat power’ ,‘manufac-ture of communication, computer, other electronic equipment’ and ‘manufacture of general and special purpose machinery’, which were suitable as the leading industries in the national innovation transformation;and the industrial linkage was also relatively higher in‘processing of petroleum, coking, processing of nucleus fuel’ ,‘manufacture of transport equipment’ and ‘manufacture of electrical machinery and equipment’ , which could also be used as the alternatives of the leading industries above. And now, China should focus on promoting the independent innovation in the leading industries, and through which driving other industries’ innovation.
