摘要
融资资源获取是影响企业研发投入的重要因素。运用我国上市公司数据,对财政分权对于企业研发融资约束的影响效应进行实证研究。研究结果表明:财政分权对于企业研发投资的直接效应并不显著,财政分权度对企业研发融资约束水平具有显著的增进作用;相对于国有企业,财政分权对私有产权企业研发融资约束的增进效应更弱。
The financial resource access plays an important role in R＆amp;D investment. The article conducts an empirical research on effects of fiscal decentralization on financing constraint of R＆amp;D through the data of the listed companies of our countries. The research implies that there are no significant direct effects of fiscal decentralization on R＆amp;D investment, but significant and positive effects of fis-cal decentralization on financing constraint of R＆amp;D. The positive effect of fiscal decentralization on financing constraint of R＆amp;D is wea-ker on private-owned corporation.
