摘要
边坡预裂爆破普遍采用小直径药卷和导爆索捆扎装药工艺,生产效率低下。设计研发了组合式预裂起爆药柱及其配套辅材,应用于中煤平朔集团东露天矿区。介绍了新型装药工艺的设计思路、工艺特点、结构特征,并与传统施工工艺作了对比。实践表明:组合式预裂起爆药柱及其配套辅材的应用在不提高整体爆破成本和保证安全生产的前提下,有效降低了工人劳动强度,装药效率提高了150%以上。虽然单孔装药的直接成本稍有增加,但由于可以省时、省力、提高爆破施工的安全性,其潜在的经济效益和社会效益是巨大的。
Slope pre-splitting blasting commonly uses small diameter explosive and detonating cord strapping charge process. Its auxiliary equipment is primitive, and production efficiency is low. The mine designs and develops the combined pre-splitting initiating explosive column and its auxiliary materials, which are applied in east open-pit coal mine. This article introduces the design ideas of process characteristics, structural features new charging technology, and compares them with the traditional construction techaology. Practices show that combined pre-splitting initiating explosive column and its auxiliary materials effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers, and charging efficiency improves more than 150%. Although direct cost of single hole charge slightly raises, it,; potential economic benefit and social benefit are enormous because of saving time and labor and improving safety of blasting construction.
