摘要
在分析过背斜期间柴油-电动轮卡车因运距和提升高度急剧增加而导致运输能力下降、运输成本上升的基础上,结合架线辅助双动力卡车运输特点,推荐在过背斜期间采用架线辅助双动力卡车运输方案。采用此运输方案,可显著提高卡车重载爬坡速度,提高了运输能力,减少了卡车投资;并实现了重载上坡段以电代油,降低了燃油消耗,节约了运输成本,显著降低了年运营成本。同时根据架线辅助运输系统布置要求,对端帮运输系统进行了合理规划。
On the basis of analyzing the diesel oil-electric wheel truck's sharp increasing transportation distance and lift height which caused the decreased transportation capacity and increased transportation costs during the anticline time, the article combined the mmsportation features of wired auxiliary double dynamical truck, recommended transportation program of wired auxiliary double dynamical truck during the anticline time. Using the transportation program, the mine can significantly improve the truck overloaded climbing speed and transportation capacity, reduce the investment of truck, achieve the purpose of replacing oil by electricity in heavy load uphill section, reduce fuel consumption, save transportation costs, and reduce the anna] operating costs. At the same time, according to the layout requirements of wired auxiliary transportation system, the article makes reasonable plan on the transportation system of end slope.
