摘要
根据系统静操作时间的组成要素和理论计算方法,结合全移动破碎站半连续系统设备配合的特点,提出了系统采装环节3种不同的作业方式,并以单次循环的采掘量与时间倒数比最小的方法,对作业方式进行了比选研究,旨在加强采掘设备的能力,提高整个系统的综合效率。
According to composed elements and theoretical calculation method of system quiet operation time, combining the characteristics of semi-continuous system in full moving crushing station, the article presents three kinds of different operation mode in mining loading link ,and compares and selects operation mode by single cycle excavation quantity and minimum time reciprocal ratio method, in order to strengthen excavation equipment capability and improve comprehensive efficiency of the whole system.
