摘要
通过对孔网参数、间隔时间、起爆顺序及改变爆破作业条件等因素的实践应用,进一步达到优化爆破效果的目的,为露天矿山开采提供技术依据和安全保障。钻孔设备一般多采用一体化机,高风压柴油动力,具有钻孔直径较大,角度多样化,灵活性好,效率高特点,为深孔爆破创造了优越条件;由于爆破规模的扩大,炸药使用量的增多,爆破危害较为突出,对深孔爆破的要求逐渐提高,既要良好的爆破效果,又要保障爆破的危害较小,这是露天深孔爆破合理性的关键所在。
Through practical application of hole net parameters, time intervals, and changing detonating blasting order and operating conditions, the mine can optimize the blasting effect which provides technical basis and security for open-pit mine mining. Drilling equipments generally use the integrated machine and high pressure diesel engine, and have the characteristics of large diameter drilling, good flexibility, high efficiency, which creates superior conditions for deep hole blasting. Owing to the expansion of blasting scale, increasing usage amount of explosives and prominent blasting hazards, the mine gradually increases the demand of deep hole blasting, not only good blasting effect, but also small blasting hazards. This is the key of deep hole blasting rationality in open-pit mine.
