东露天煤矿由基建矿井向生产矿井过渡,非工作帮逐步靠界,为缩短底部物料运输距离和降低爬坡高度,尽快实现内排作业是主要途径;通过建立内排运输系统,连通采掘工作面与内排工作面,保证物料安全、高效地排至采空区,从而提高设备效率,降低生产成本,提高经济效益水平。
East open-pit coal mine has completed transition from the infrastructure mine to production mine, and non-working slope is gradually close to boundary. In order to shorten transportation distance of the bottom material and lower climbing slope height, to achieve internal dump operation is the main way. Through establishing internal dump transportation system, connecting mining working surface and internal dump working face, it ensures material security, efficiently discharges to goal to improve equipment efficiency and economic benefits level.
