摘要
所谓"对标"就是对比标杆找差距。推行对标管理,就是要把企业的目光紧紧盯住业界最好水平,明确自身与业界最佳的差距,从而指明了工作的总体方向。根据各矿实际生产情况,确定了各项对标指标及基准值,到2013年末,要求基本标准达标率达到100%,先进标准达标率达到80%。通过该项工作的开展,蒙东能源各矿的成本、能耗及环保指标完成情况控制较好。
Benchmarking is to compare benchmarks and find the gap. The implementation of benchmarking management defines themselves and industry's best gap to designate general direction of work. According to actual production condition, the mine determines the benchmark index and reference value. By the end of 2013, the basic requirements of standard rate was 100%, advanced standards compliance rate reached 80%. Through development of the work, cost, energy consumption and environmental protection index are controlled better in the mines.
