摘要 轨道车辆车厢LED照明系统是轨道车辆的重要组成部分,其可靠性关乎整列轨道车辆的安全正点运行。针对轨道车辆车厢LED照明系统故障类型多、故障原因复杂的问题,为了及时、准确的确定轨道车辆LED照明系统的故障部位和故障原因,本文以轨道车辆车厢LED照明系统的四个模块为单元,分析了轨道车辆车厢LED照明系统中常见故障单元的故障机理,为轨道车辆车厢LED照明系统的故障诊断与预报提供理论依据。 The LED lighting system for railway carriage is an important part of rail vehicles. Its reliability determines the safe punctual running of the entire column rail vehicles. Targeting to the problems that the failures types of rail vehicle's LED lighting system are too many and that the causes of it are too complex, in order to find out the location and the reason of the LED lighting system's malfunction timely and precisely, this article, which is divided into four units on the basis of its four modules, analyses some common failure mechanism of the system, providing a theoretical basis for the fault diagnosis and prediction of the LED lighting system.
