摘要
结合长沙市潇湘南大堤工程建设管理情况,从项目水利堤防工程设计方案和市政道路工程设计方案出发进行分析,找出两个行业对路堤结合项目建设要求的关键技术点,充分分析比较水利、市政两个行业标准和技术要求,有针对性地就土方回填、压实标准、搭接处理、轻击94区分界等4个关键施工技术点详细进行分析,确定"抓住主要矛盾,就高不就低"的基本原则,寻求最为科学合理的解决方案,力图使得两个行业标准在路堤结合项目建设中能有机结合,为堤防工程和道路工程实现有机结合奠定基础,实现实现资源节约型、环境友好型"两型"项目建设。
According to the management situation of the construction of levee engineering Xiaoxiang-nan Changsha , from the design of road engineering design projects in water conservancy dike engi-neering and municipal of analysis , find two industry with key technology projects requested on the embankment , fully analyzing requirements , municipal water conservancy two industry standards and technology , targeted on earthwork backfilling , compaction standard , overlap processing , a 94 zone bound ariesand so on five key construction technology of detailed analysis , to determine the “seize the main contradiction , the basic principles of tall not low”, seek the most scientific and solution the-ory, trying to make the two industry standard in the embankment can be organically combined with the project construction ,to lay the foundation for dike engineering and road engineering to realize the organic combination , to achieve resource conservation , the environment friendly “type two” project construction.
