浙江省水文站网受工程影响现状与对策

The Hydrologic Network of Zhejiang Province Affected by the Project Status and Countermeasures

随着经济社会的发展,水文站网受涉水工程影响日益严重。浙江全省92个水文站中有58%以上不同程度受水利工程或其他工程影响。对浙江省水文站网受工程影响的现状情况进行了统计分析,针对主要影响原因,提出了水文站网调整、加强巡测基地建设、引进新仪器新设备、依法加强审批与水政监察的对策。

With the development of economy and society , the hydrologic network increasingly affect-ed by wading engineering.92 hydrological stations in Zhejiang province , more than 58%, affected by water conservancy engineering or other engineering.This paper makes a statistical analysis of the present situation of Zhejiang hydrological stations affected by the project , according to the main influ-encing reasons , puts forward the hydrologic network adjustment , strengthen patrol base construction , the introduction of new equipment and new instruments , strengthen the approval and water adminis-tration supervision according to law.
