摘要
目的探讨中药槐绛方对放射性肠炎患者C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及抗自由基能力的影响。方法 84例放射性肠炎患者随机分为对照组及观察组各42例,对照组行地塞米松加盐水保留灌肠治疗,观察组给予中药槐绛方保留灌肠治疗,两组灌肠时间均为30 min/次,1次/d,持续治疗2周。观察两组患者治疗效果,对比分析治疗前后两组中医症状积分,CRP、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醇(MDA)水平的变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,对照组总有效率为76.19%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后黏液脓血便、腹痛、腹泻、里急后重、乏力及总症状积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CRP、NO、MDA水平显著下降,而SOD水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CRP、NO、MDA水平显著低于对照组,而SOD水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药槐绛方能减轻放射性肠炎患者炎症因子及自由基对肠黏膜的损伤作用,有助于保护胃肠黏膜,改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of Huai Jiang Fang on C-reactive protein( CRP)and anti-free radical in patients with radiation enteritis. Methods Eighty-four cases of radiation enteritis were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42). The control group received dexamethasone plus saline enema treatment,the observation group was given Huai Jiang Fang retention enema. The en-emas were 30 min/time,1 time/d for two weeks in both groups. The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed. The symptom scores,levels of CRP,nitric oxide( NO),superoxide dismutase( SOD),and propylene glycol( MDA)of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 95. 24% and 76. 19% respectively( P 〈0. 05). After treatment, the symptom score including stool containing mucus,pus or blood,abdominal pain,diarrhea,tenesmus and fatigue in observation group was sig-nificantly lower than the control group( P 〈0. 05);the levels of CRP,NO,MDA were lower,while the level of SOD was higher in observation group than the control group( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Huai Jiang Fang may reduce inflammatory cytokines and free radical damage in intestinal mucosa and thereby improve clinical symptoms and treatment outcomes in patients with radiation enteritis.
