摘要
目的:筛选出对酪氨酸酶抑制作用较强的中药提取物,并将其添加到霜膏基质中制备中药美白霜。方法:应用生化酶法测定白芷、白鲜皮、白蔹等七种中药水提物和醇提物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率,筛选出美白活性相对较高的中药提取物,将筛选后的中药提取物加到适宜的膏霜基质中制成中药美白霜,并对制得美白霜理化性质进行评价。结果:白芷水提物,白鲜皮、白蔹醇提物的酪氨酸酶抑制率相对较高,霜膏基质配方以硬脂酸、十六醇、二甲基硅油、甘油等组成,乳化剂HLB值为12,乳化温度为75℃。结论:制得的中药美白霜外观良好,该基质配方合理,制备工艺稳定可行。
Objective: To study the inhibition effect of tyrosinase activity of the Chinese medicines extract, and se- lect the extract to prepare the whitening cream. Methods: The effect of the water and alcohol extract of 7 kinds of Chinese medicines on inhibiting tyrosinase activity were detected hy the biochemical enzymatic test. Add the prefer extract to the cream matrix to prepare the whitening cream, and value the physical and chemical quality of the whit- ening cream. Results: The rate of Angelica Dahurica water extract, Ampelopsis Japonica alcohol extract, Cortex Dictamni alcohol extract were higer. The cream matrix was made up by stearic acid, cetanol, dimethyl silicone oil, glycerol and other material. The HLB of the emulgator was 12 and the emulsifying temperature was 75℃ Conclusions: The prepared whitening cream look good, the cream matrix was reasonale, and the preparation was stability.
