派丽奥与碘甘油辅助治疗成人牙周炎的疗效比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较派丽奥软膏与碘甘油治疗成人牙周炎的临床效果。方法:选取35例慢性成人牙周炎患者共80个牙周袋随机分成实验组40个,对照组40个。记录基线、基线后第5周和第9周的牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)和附着丧失(AL)改变并进行统计分析。结果:两组治疗前检测指标无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组和对照组各指标均有显著性差异,且第5周、第9周指标均较基线时有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:派丽奥对成人牙周炎的辅助治疗效果优于碘甘油,是局部治疗牙周炎安全、有效的药物。 Objective: To compare the effects of periocline and iodine glycerin on the treatment of adult periodon- tiffs. Methods: Thirty - five patients suffering adult periodontitis, including eighty periodontal pockets together, were divided into test group and control group randomly. Observed the changes of gingival index, probing depth, attachment loss at baseline, 5th week and 9th week, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results: Before treatment, the mean of each clinical indices between the two groups was not different ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but both groups demonstrated significant differences after treatment, and the indices of both groups were improved obvious- ly, compared with the baseline (P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusions: Periocline as an effective and secure local delivery drug for treating adult periodontitis, was superior to iodine glycerin.
