Nursing Strategy for Role Maladjustment on Patient with Severe Fracture

目的:探讨严重创伤骨折患者角色适应不良的护理对策。方法:研究87例严重创伤骨折患者角色适应不良的护理对策。结果:69例患者角色适应能力很好,积极配合治疗。14例患者角色适应能力较好,情绪稳定,愿意配合治疗。4例患者角色适应能力差,对治疗和前途缺乏信心。结论:制定有效的护理干预措施可以为患者角色适应提供了良好的支持。

Objective： To discuss nursing strategy for role maladjustment on patient with severe fractures. Methods： Nursing interventions were employed on 87 role maladjustment patients with severe fracture. Results： 69 patients were enhanced ability of role adaptation prominently and cooperated with the treat- ment. 14 patients showed better ability of role adaptation, keep emotional stability and were willing to cooperate with treatment. 4 patients showed poor ability of role adaptation and lose confidence on treatment. Conclusions： Ef- fective nursing interventions for role maladjustment patient provide well support for severe injury patients.
