摘要
构建计量模型对影响江西省农村义务教育教师职业流动意愿的因素进行实证研究。研究结果表明,所在学校地理位置、家庭住址、学校福利、家庭年收入以及教师对自身职业的认可度是影响农村教师流动意愿的显著因素;而学生规模和社会压力对教师职业流动意愿的影响并不显著。在此基础上,就稳定农村教师队伍问题提出了相应对策。
This paper builded econometric model to study the factors that affect the flowing will of teachers'profes- sional of Jiangxi rural compulsory education. The results show that the school location, home address, school wel- fare, family income and their own professional recognition is the significant factors to affect rural teache flowing will ; the impact of the scale of school students and social pressures on teachers'occupational mobility will !s not sig- nificant. Based on this, puts forward countermeasures on stability of rural teachers.
