摘要
针对目前输电线路防雷工程改造缺乏科学、有效的验证机制问题,对已完成的输电线路防雷工程效能开展后评估研究,为今后的输电线路防雷设计和工程提供科学的理论依据。通过采用层次分析法将防雷工程评价指标进行分解,建立综合评估模型,并对各相关因素指标的权重进行优化计算和选择,从而构建输电线路防雷工程效能的跟踪、评估方法。相关实例的验证和分析证明,该方法可以综合反映输电线路防雷改造工程的应用效能,为防雷技术改造项目的规划和实施提供了技术指导,从而提高了防雷措施选择的科学性和实效性。
Aiming at problem of lacking scientific and effective verification mechanism in the transmission line lightning protection project, the performance post evaluation of finished transmission line lightning protection project is studied, which can provide scientific theory basis for the design and project of transmission line lightning protection. The evaluation index of lightning protection project is decomposed by using analytic hierarchy process method, the integration evaluation model is built, and index weights of each relevant factor are calculated optimally and selected, which constructed the performance tracing and evaluation method of transmission line lightning protection project. The verification and analysis of relevant examples proved that the proposed method can reflect comprehensively the application performance of transmission line lightning protection modification project, which provides technical guidance for the planning and implementation of lightning protection modification item, and improve the scientific nature and effectiveness in the selection of lightning protection measures.
