大容量机组超高硫煤脱硫吸收塔的节能优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 为降低燃超高硫煤的大容量机组的石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统用电量,对合山电厂新建670 MW机组吸收塔进行节能优化设计。通过对6层喷淋层单塔、2个3层喷淋层吸收塔串联及U型吸收塔3种方案进行技术经济比较,最终采用用电量最少的U型吸收塔方案。两年的运行结果表明,与常规的6层喷淋层单塔脱硫系统比较,国内第1个应用U型吸收塔的合山电厂670MW机组脱硫系统每年节约用电量14.27 TW·h,在燃煤硫含量高达5.2%的情况下,脱硫效率仍达到98.8%,U型吸收塔脱硫系统具有显著的经济效益及节能效果。 In order to reduce the electricity consumption of the limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization system in ultra- high-sulfur coal fired large-capacity unit, the energy saving optimization design for the absorption tower of new built 670 MW unit in Heshan power plant is proposed. By the technical and economical comparisons of three schemes including single tower with 6 spraying layers, two series connection towers with 3 spraying layers each and U type absorption tower, the U type absorption tower which has minimum electricity consumption is adopted finally. Two years operation results show that comparing with the traditional desulphurization system of single tower with 6 spraying layers, the desulphurization system of 670 MW unit in Heshan power plant which firstly applied U type absorption tower in domain has saved electricity consumption about 14.27 TW. h per year, and the efficiency of desulphurization is still up to 98.8% even under the condition of 5.2% high sulfur content in fire coal. U type absorption tower desulphurization system has obvious economic benefit and energy saving effect.
