摘要
由于宽胶带运输机设计不合理,运转中经常跑偏很难调整,机头机尾滚筒先后断裂,流料板需频繁清理.通过改造提高了设备作业率,缩短了抢修时间.
The wide belt conveyor often skew due to unreasonable design, which is very difficult to adjust. The drums on the machine head and tail were fractured. The runner plate needs to be cleaned frequently. After renovation, the operation rate of the equipment is improved, and the emergency repair time is shortened.
