摘要
三维激光扫描中受激光光斑的影响较大,所以需要分析光斑对激光点位精度造成的影响。本文给出了光斑中点位的误差分布特点,将光斑对光斑的影响投影到不同坐标轴上,从而得到光斑引起的不同方向的中误差,根据不同方向的中误差便可确定基于光斑影响的点位中误差,从而实现光斑对激光点位误差影响的分析。
The 3D laser scanning can be strongly influenced by the laser speckle, so we need to analyze the flare effects on the precision of laser position. This article gives the characteristics of error distribution of the spot in the flare. By projecting its influence on the different axes of coordinate, we can obtain the error in different di-rections caused by the light spot. According to the error in different directions, we can confirm the measuring error influenced by flare, so as to realize the analysis of the influence of the flare to the laser point error.
