摘要 本系统主要由DC/DC变换模块、PWM脉宽调制信号产生模块、单片机控制和显示模块、信号采样模块和过流保护等模块组成。系统采用闭环控制,通过单片机编程设定模块的输出电流,采用均流技术实现了DC/DC两个模块输出按比例设置电流值的功能,输出电流纹波小,输出电流大于4.5A时自动保护。 This system is mainly composed of a DC/DC conversion module, PWM pulse width modulation signal module, single-chip microcomputer control and display module, signal sampling module and over-current protection module, among other modules. The system adopts closed loop control, and sets output current through the micro controller programming. The switching power supply adopts parallel-current technique to set the output current value in proportion, and automatically protect the system when the ripple of output current is small but the value is greater than 4.5 A.
