基层政府网站建设是建设服务型政府重要内容之一,基层政府网站作为"政务公开"和为民服务的窗口,是社会公众获取政府信息和服务的主要接入渠道和信息发布平台,但是我国基层政府网站普遍存在网站功能单一、网站管理和维护制度落后、缺乏合理规划和统一标准等问题,因此加强我国基层政府网站建设具有必要性和紧迫性。

However, there are some problems in local governments＆#39; websites, such as function singleness, manage-ment and maintenance backwardness, and lacking rational planning and unified standards, etc. Therefore, it is nec-essary and urgent to strengthen the local governments＆#39; websites.
