呼吸科重症监护室革兰阴性菌耐药率分析
摘要
呼吸科重症监护室（RICU）主要收住重症肺部感染、呼吸衰竭而需要呼吸支持的患者，如COPD伴发呼吸衰竭等，患者常多次住院，反复使用广谱抗生素、免疫抑制剂及糖皮质激素；且以高龄患者居多，营养状况常较差，加上气管插管、气管切开等人工气道的建立以及其他生命支持导管等各种侵入性操作[1]，使RICU患者革兰阴性菌感染率不断攀升，其耐药率也逐年增加[2-3]。
