microRNA与乳腺癌耐药相关性的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是一类长度约21-25nt的非编码RNA,在转录后水平调控靶基因的表达[1-2]。miRNA的成熟包括在胞核及胞质中的加工过程,在核酸内切酶Drosha作用下,miRNA的编码基因由RNA聚合酶Ⅱ转录形成具有茎环结构的RNA由核内输出,经Dicer酶加工形成成熟的miRNA,与Argonaute蛋白结合形成RISC(RNA-induced silencing complex,基因沉默复合体),进而调控靶基因的表达[3-4]。
