法舒地尔在冠状动脉介入诊疗中预防桡动脉痉挛的效果评价 被引量:6

摘要 冠状动脉造影及冠状动脉介入治疗术是冠心病诊治有效的方法,经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影及介入手术诊治冠心病以其并发症少、无需卧床、住院费用低等优点,成为越来越多介入医师和患者的优先选择。桡动脉痉挛是经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入诊疗的常见并发症之一,可引起患肢疼痛、内膜损伤、桡动脉闭塞和手术时间延长,甚至无法顺利完成经桡动脉冠状动脉介入诊疗。
