市场化进程中财政学专业改革与人才培养目标重新定位探究

Professional Reform of Pubilc Finance and Reposition the Personnel Training Target in the Process of Marketization

伴随我国市场化改革的纵深推进,地方高校财政学专业发展与人才培养在市场化改革冲击下面临许多困难与挑战。文章以安徽财经大学为例,在全面回顾财政学专业发展历程的基础上,系统分析了财政学专业在市场化改革进程中的专业优势与劣势,然后以市场需求为导向对市场化进程中财政学专业发展定位、人才培养目标与人才培养规格进行了全面探讨,认为地方高校财政学专业应为地方经济社会发展培养"宽口径、厚基础、重能力",且具备创新思维和创新意识,主要从事财税管理和涉税事务的复合型和应用型高素质人才。

By pushing deeper of China＇s market-oriented reform, professional development and personnel training of public finance for local university faced many difficulties and challenges under market-oriented reform. By the example of anhui university of finance and economics, this paper systematilcly analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of pubilc finance professional in the process of the market-oriented reform on the basis of comprehensively reviewing the course of public finance professional development. And then, by market demand as the guidance, development orientation, personnel training goal and talent training specifications of public finance pro-fessional had been carried on the comprehensive discussion in the process of marketization. The article had thought public finance profes-sional in local colleges should cultivate the compound and applied talents they were “the diameter, thick foundation, wide heavy ability”, and had creative thinking and innovation consciousness for the local economic and social development mainly engaged in the taxation management and involved the tax affairs with high quality.
