摘要
从风险和风险分布的定义出发 ,对高新科技项目风险投资的风险因素进行了较详尽的分析 ,从理论上探讨了风险因素的联合概率分布和条件概率分布 ,以及相应的风险分布 ,为风险投资的风险分析提供可靠的理论依据 ,并具有相当的应用价值。
From the definitions of risk and risk distribution, risk factors of venture-capital investing in high and new science & technology projects are in detail analyzed. The united and conditioned probability distribution of risk factors and corresponding risk distribution are in theory discussed. It can provide a reliable theory basis for risk analysis of venture-capital investing and is of certain application value.
